Background Information
BPA will hold a public process that marks the first step in the agency's effort to transition to a single capital and expense review process and aligning the timing of the power and transmission rate cases by 2008. Focusing on long-term planning will allow an opportunity to influence future capital investment decisions by examining BPA's approach to planning agency capital rather than discussing the direction and management of individual programs.
Capital Planning Review will consist of four public meetings to inform interested parties and customers about BPA's plans for future capital investments. Please check this site for information as it becomes available.
