Fly Wheel


A flywheel spinning at very high speeds can be used to store energy two ways. In one way, the flywheel combines with a device that operates as an electric motor accelerating the flywheel to store energy. In another way, the flywheel acts as a generator, producing electricity from the energy stored in the flywheel.
