Utility Sounding Board Information (USB)

The USB was created to inform BPA on the implementation of energy efficiency programs throughout BPA’s service territory. The USB is an entity reflective of the many diverse public utilities, cooperatives and municipalities engaged in energy efficiency. USB members focus on what it takes to achieve regional energy savings targets by providing utility specific insights to BPA. In addition, the USB routinely explores ways in which existing programs can be leveraged for additional program services; shares insight into local implementation practices for BPA sponsored regional programs; and offers perspective on related energy efficiency resources that should be developed for regional implementation across all utility segments.
