Utility Sounding Board Information (USB)
The USB was formed to create a consultative body to BPA on the implementation of BPA's post-2006 conservation programs. The USB focuses on what it takes in the market to achieve energy savings targets, including tools, BPA and utility conservation programs, non-utility delivered programs and regional infrastructure needs. Peer-sharing approaches to enhancing program implementation and effectiveness is one of the key ideas developed by the USB. The goal of the USB is to enhance the effectiveness and reduce the overall cost of BPA and its customer utility conservation programs.
This page contains information specific to the USB, such as agendas, summary meeting notes, meeting handouts, and presentation materials, as well as a list of current members.
