Utility Sounding Board (USB)


The USB was formed as a consultative body to BPA to enhance the effectiveness and reduce overall costs of conservation programs.

Peer-sharing to enhance program implementation and effectiveness is a key idea developed by the USB.

The USB focuses on what it takes to achieve energy savings in the market. The USB fosters activities and tools that support BPA and utility conservation programs, non-utility delivered programs, and regional infrastructure.
