Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning |
|
Energy efficient Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) provide the same cooling and heating capabilities as their standard counterparts while consuming less energy by integrating high-efficiency components and controls within their systems. Commercial HVAC measures are currently available for a variety of energy efficient HVAC technologies with new programs being developed to support our goal of achieving regional efficiency targets.

Web-Enabled Programmable Thermostats |
|
Web-Enabled Programmable Thermostats (WEPT) are devices that allow users to modify temperature set points and HVAC controls remotely. Building owners can use WEPT to help optimize heating energy use without having to make physical site visits to manually re-program thermostats. BPA is currently offering incentives for WEPT in Modular Classrooms. Please see the Implementation Manual for more details.
There are additional commercial applications for WEPT that BPA is reviewing. These additional opportunities are currently accessible through the custom project path. Contact your Energy Efficiency Representative for more information.
