E3T is an initiative of Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), which provides all budget and administration through its Energy Efficiency division and Technology Innovation initiative. Other core program support, such as assessment and demonstration of emerging technologies, is provided by BPA engineers, Washington State University Extension Energy Program, and Livingston Energy Innovations. This core team works closely with planning, program implementation and marketing functions of BPA's Energy Efficiency division to evaluate and offer new energy-saving programs for electricity customers across the region.
