Who to Contact

Distribution efficiency technical workgroup
A Distribution Efficiency Technical Workgroup was formed in July of 2009. This workgroup is currently providing peer review of a simplified M&V methodology to estimate energy savings resulting from voltage optimization. The workgroup is also reviewing BPA's Energy Smart Utility Efficiency Program elements and processes. If you would like more information about the group or would like to participate, contact Jillianne Welker, project manager, 503-534-3519.

Technical services for voltage optimization
BPA will provide expert technical services to qualified utilities interested in pursuing voltage optimization. These experts will prepare all documentation necessary for utilities to receive reimbursement from BPA. If you would like to request expert technical services, contact Steve Brooks, program manager, 503-230-4423.

Distribution system improvements without voltage optimization
Utilities interested in system improvements without voltage optimization should contact their BPA field engineer or energy efficiency representative for help in submitting a custom project proposal for reimbursement.

Utility conservation agreement and reimbursement levels
Contact your energy efficiency representative if you have questions about your conservation agreement or reimbursement levels.

Still have Questions?
Contact Steve Brooks, program manager, at 503-230-4423. Steve will identify and connect you to the best resource for your needs.
