Fuel Cell Car and Curriculum Kits
The Heliocentris, reversible fuel cell car and curriculum kits demonstrate electrolysis of water and the reversible fuel cell. Light and distilled water are the only inputs necessary for the electrolysis of water, producing hydrogen and oxygen. The reversible fuel cell car and curriculum kits use the stored hydrogen and oxygen to run the model car, with water vapor as the only by-product.
In addition to the reversible PEM fuel cell, the car body, the solar module and ancillary equipment, the reversible fuel cell car and curriculum kits include safety equipment, a multimeter or load measurement box, connecting cables and curriculum. The curriculum consists of teacher and student guides for eight classroom experiments, suitable for 8th through 12th science classes. A Hydrogen reference book is provided with each kit.
