Small Commercial Window Retrofits

The April 2011 Implementation Manual introduces a new measure for small commercial window retrofit opportunities. The measure is a retrofit of existing single-pane windows in small commercial buildings under 5,000 sq. ft. in areas with energy efficient U-0.30 (or lower) windows.

• Applicable building types: Residential-style wood frame construction with electric heating

This proposal does not address window retrofit opportunities in larger buildings or other construction types.
