FY 2016-2017 ASC Utility Filings
The FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Process begins June 2, 2014.  This Review Process will be implemented through the Secure REP web site.  Please see the instructions for participating in the ASC Review Process and the FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Schedule posted below.  This Review Process will be completed with the publication of the Final ASC Reports in July 2015. An entity or individual interested in participating in the FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Process is encouraged to participate by submitting an email request to BPAAverageSystemCost@bpa.gov by June 1, 2014.   The request should include the intended participant’s name, contact information, and interest in the ASC Review Proceeding.  BPA will then respond with instructions on how to file a petition to intervene.  BPA will grant or deny petitions to intervene within seven days after the deadline for filing such petitions.  Only those participants who request and are granted permission to participate in the FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Processes will have access to the Secure REP web site.  A filing Utility is automatically a party to its own ASC review proceeding.
