FY 2016-2017 ASC Utility Filings
The FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Process began on June 2, 2014.  This Review Process was implemented through the Secure REP web site.  The instructions for participating in the ASC Review Process and the FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Schedule were posted on this webpage on May 8, 2014 (a revision to the FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Schedule was posted on October 8, 2014).  This Review Process will be completed with the publication of the Final ASC Reports in July 2015.  An entity or individual interested in participating in the FY 2016-2017 ASC Review Process was encouraged to participate by submitting an email request to BPAAverageSystemCost@bpa.gov by June 1, 2014.  Only those participants who requested and were granted permission to participate in the FY 2016‑2017  ASC Review Processes have had access to the Secure REP web site.  A filing Utility is automatically a party to its own ASC review proceeding.
