To Customers and Interested Parties:

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is holding the third public meeting on Subscription on Thursday, June 18th, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel - Spokane Valley, I-90 and Sullivan Road, Spokane, Washington.

During the meeting, we will present, discuss and collect comments on the various components related to subscription, which BPA intends to begin on July 1, 1998. The components include, but are not limited to, products and services, product pricing, business relationships between BPA and its customers, and BPA's plans and schedule for implementing the subscription process. We also will provide context for how the subscription process fits with other regional issues facing BPA and its stakeholders.

Prior to the June 18 meeting, you will receive a Keeping Current, which will provide you with additional information on subscription. If you cannot attend the meeting but wish to comment or would like a copy of the minutes of the meeting, please write us at P.O. Box 12999, Portland, OR 97212, or via our e-mail address: comment@bpa.gov.
