Summary: The TACUL is an adjustment to the PF-96 rate that is applied to an individual customer that purchases service for a load that was uncommitted and not included in BPA's 1996 rate case. FERC will ask FERC for interim approval of the PF-96 adjustment within 60 days, and final approval by January 1, 2001. The rate will expire 9/30/01.
