The Bonneville Power Administration is hosting a public meeting to discuss the Preliminary Business Evaluation of the 2013 Network Open Season process, which follows the completion of the 2013 Cluster Study. Specifically, the discussion will focus on the following topics:
• BPA’s Commercial Infrastructure Financial Policy (CIFP) and Analysis (CIFA);
• Historical and potential future use of the Regional Economic Benefits Analysis (REBA);
• Other factors to be used in the Preliminary Business Evaluation;
• 2013 Cluster Study update;
• 2013 NOS process update.
This meeting allows for an opportunity for Customers to provide input and comment on how BPA will evaluate any plans of service that may result from the 2013 Cluster Study, from a financial and regional perspective. Customers will also have the opportunity to provide written comments. BPA will post materials as the Customer meeting nears, on the Network Open Season 2013 webpage at: http://www.bpa.gov/transmission/CustomerInvolvement/NOS/NOS2013/Pages/Meetings.aspx
