The Bonneville Power Administration offers many great ways to enhance your prominence and visibility at Energizing the Northwest, Today and Tomorrow, an energy symposium in Portland, Oregon. You can choose the level of sponsorship that works best for your organization.
Premium Sponsorship Opportunities
Each Premium Sponsor (all levels) receives:
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the symposium program distributed to all attendees.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on signage and promotional items.
- Recognition of sponsorship displayed on BPA's website and a hot link to your home page.
Recognition begins upon receipt of your confirmation and payment.
Levels of Premium Sponsorship:
PLATINUM SPONSOR $10,000
- Two 10' x 10' exhibit booths at the trade show.
- 10 Complimentary full symposium registrations. Registration includes all meal functions, entrance to all technical sessions, entrance into the trade show and symposium proceedings.
- Sponsor ribbons on all of your company attendee badges.
GOLD SPONSOR $ 5,000
- One 10' x 10' exhibit booth at the trade show.
- 5 Complimentary full symposium registrations. Registration includes all meal functions, entrance to all technical sessions, entrance into the trade show and symposium proceedings.
SILVER SPONSOR $ 2,500
- 2 Complimentary full symposium registrations. Registration includes all meal functions, entrance to all technical sessions, entrance into the trade show and symposium proceedings.
Additional Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Another great way to enhance your organization's recognition during the symposium is to sponsor a specific event, such as the evening reception, a meal event or coffee break. Event sponsorship opportunities you may want to consider are listed below:
COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR
- Your logo and recognition of your sponsorship will appear in the printed on-site symposium program as well as on signage next to the coffee table.
- You are encouraged to place marketing materials/company branding as a centerpiece for each table.
Cost: $1,500 (3 available)
LUNCHEON SPONSOR
- An outstanding opportunity to reach all speakers, symposium attendees and seminar delegates.
- You'll receive 6 luncheon tickets to distribute to key customers and staff.
- You are encouraged to place marketing material at each place setting.
- Have a representative of your company introduce the speaker.
- Your logo and recognition of your sponsorship will appear in the printed on-site symposium program, as well as on promotional signage at the symposium.
Cost: $5,000 (2 available)
NETWORKING RECEPTION SPONSOR
- An outstanding opportunity to reach and interact with all speakers and symposium attendees - held in the exhibit hall from 5:00-7:00 on Monday night.
- You are encouraged to bring marketing and sales materials to be distributed to attendees within the function area.
- Your logo and recognition of your sponsorship will appear in the printed on-site symposium program, as well as on promotional signage at the symposium.
Cost: $7,500 (Full sponsorship - one available)
$2,500 (Co-sponsorship - three available)
