Anita J. Decker Chief Operating Officer Bonneville Power Administration 905 N.E. 11th Avenue Portland, OR 97232 Anita Decker has been the Chief Operating Officer for the Bonneville Power Administration since 2007. Prior to this, she spent 27 years with PacifiCorp, rising to the role of vice president. She worked in various positions of increasing responsibility in Oregon, Wyoming and Utah related to customer service, transmission/distribution construction and maintenance, sales and marketing, human resources, talent management, procurement, real estate management and SAP support functions. As Chief Operating Officer she has responsibility for BPA’s Power Services, Transmission Services, Environment, Fish & Wildlife, Energy Efficiency, Customer Service and Internal Business Services. Decker moved to Portland in 1998 and is currently involved in several civic and professional activities. She serves as an executive board member of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and is BPA’s representative for the Bonneville Environmental Foundation. She is also an executive board member of Junior Achievement–Columbia Empire, chair of the Liberty Theater Restoration in Astoria, Ore., and a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum of Oregon. Decker earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Utah Valley University and completed a business leadership program through the Wharton School of Business. She is also a graduate of the INSEAD advanced management program in Fontainebleau, France. Decker, a Seattle, Wash., native, lives in West Linn, Ore., with her husband Dan. They have four grown children and five grandchildren. She enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and fine dining.
