Metering Services


Metering Services collects, validates, estimates, and stores meter readings. The data is available on the Billing Information System (BIS) and Meter Data Management Reports (MDMR).



Reporting Outages and Load Shifts


PLEASE report outages and load shifts to us as soon as possible by faxing or emailing this completed report.


Additionally, if you find discrepancies between your meter readings and BPA's, feel free to send your data to us.
