Background Information
These financial reports are posted monthly. The reports are organized by the month of the meeting rather than by the month of the financial data contained within the report. The quarterly financial reports are discussed in quarterly meetings with the Public Power Council (PPC). The PPC is an organization formed in 1966 to represent and advocate the common legal and technical interests of public (consumer-owned) utilities in the Northwest. The PPC interacts with BPA, the Northwest Power Planning Council, and other regional and national groups on such issues as BPA rate proceedings, BPA power marketing policies, and conservation.
