Proposal for Alternative Contracting Approach for Capitalizing BPA Funded Wildlife Land Acquisitions




The following comments were submitted in response to the open comment period described below.

    Environment, Fish and Wildlife is interested in getting feedback on a draft proposal for an alternative contracting concept we're exploring for capitalizing land acquisitions for wildlife mitigation. Since it is a draft concept that must undergo rigorous external review, we wanted to share this concept with interested parties as early as possible. BPA is very interested in hearing your feedback as to whether it addresses some of the issues that have led to a perceived slowing of mitigation efforts resulting from implementation of our capitalization policy.
