ColumbiaGrid Draft Functional Agreement



The following comments were submitted in response to the open comment period described below.

    The Bonneville Power Administration has been working with a number of utilities to create a new independent entity in the Northwest to improve the operational efficiency, reliability, and planned expansion of the Northwest transmission grid. This entity - ColumbiaGrid - is preparing to offer a Functional Agreement for one part of that vision, which is a regional approach to transmission capacity planning and expansion. BPA is seeking public comments on the value to BPA and the region of its participation in this proposal.
