BPA's Service to DSI Customers
The following comments were submitted in response to the open comment period described below.
On Nov. 28, Paul Norman signed a letter to customers, constituents, Tribes and other regional stakeholders announcing additional opportunities for public input on BPA's Draft Prototype contract for service to BPA's Direct Service Industry Customers for fiscal years 2007-2011. BPA encourages your written comments regarding the Prototype Contract, including the decision to maintain the benefit levels established in BPA's June 30, 2005, Record of Decision regarding service to its DSI customers. The ROD established that BPA would provide the DSIs up to 577 aMW of service benefits during FY 2007-2011.
