WP-07 Power Rate Case Initial Proposal




The following comments were submitted in response to the open comment period described below.

    The FY 2007 Wholesale Power (WP-07) Rate Case will determine BPA's power rates for the FY 2006 - 2009 rate period. These rates will be set in accordance with the 7(i) rate setting process (PDF, 10 pages, 29 kb). BPA published a Federal Register Notice (FRN) on November 8, 2005, that announces the beginning of this 7(i) proceeding and summarizes BPA's initial proposal. As a result, ex parte communications are prohibited as of this date until the end of the proceeding. Information about the schedule for this rate case is included in the FRN.
