LaPine Substation Communication Tower



The following comments were submitted in response to the open comment period described below.

    BPA is re-issuing a scoping letter, on behalf of the Bend-Fort Rock Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest, seeking public comment on a proposed 140-foot communications tower to be installed at the BPA's LaPine Substation located near Finley Butte, Ore. This tower will be used exclusively for BPA communications.
