Capital Planning Review



The following comments were submitted in response to the open comment period described below.

    BPA will hold three public meetings in June 2006 as part of its capital planning review. These meetings mark the first step in the agency’s effort to transition to a single capital review process and align the timing of the power and transmission rate cases by 2008. This process is intended to provide interested parties and customers with an opportunity to review BPA plans for future capital investments. Once the timing of the rate cases are aligned, BPA plans to hold a combined review of expense and capital.
