Transmission Programs in Review Closeout Letter



The following comments were submitted in response to the open comment period described below.

    Transmission Services is in the process of concluding review of anticipated program levels and expenditures with customers and stakeholders. The Programs in Review is an opportunity to publicly discuss Transmission actions and planned spending on its programs for 2008 and 2009, apart from its rate case for the same period. Due to changes in the program levels since the initial release of PIR information, BPA would like to provide a comment period on the identified cost changes as noted earlier.
