    Update to June BPA Journal: Information on BPA's supplemental policy to the 2007 Long-Term Regional Dialogue Policy and ROD has changed since publication. BPA is still moving forward with implementation of its July 2007 Regional Dialogue Policy and plans to release draft contract templates in late June 2008, but will not be issuing a Supplemental Policy.     Update to April BPA Journal. The following information was not available at press time: The Bonneville Power Administration is proposing to enter into agreements with the other action agencies (the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Bureau of Reclamation), four tribes and two states for 10-year commitments to benefit fish, particularly for Columbia River Basin salmon and steelhead stocks. Comments on the proposal to enter into these agreements as negotiated will be accepted through the close of business on April 23, 2008. Information is available at: salmonrecovery.gov. Information about the proposed agreements was also mailed to the BPA Journal mailing list.
