Tiered Rate Methodology Rate Case



Background
As a result of BPA's Long-Term Regional Dialogue Policy BPA is establishing a long-term Tiered Rates Methodology to implement a tiered rate construct post 2011. The Methodology will define the processes and the rate constructs necessary to establish a tiered Priority Firm rate. This TRM will be developed in accordance Section 7(i) of the Northwest Power Act.
