REP Refund Credit Computation
Implements the terms of the REP Settlement Agreement refund provision and calculates the individual Customer Refund Amounts that are provided in Appendix A to the 2012 General Rate Schedule Provisions.
Customer TOCA Billing Determinants FY 2012-2013
Updated 09/20/2011. Customers with an asterick have been updated since the BP-12 Final TOCAs were published on 07/26/2011. Such customers' TOCAs and Non-Slice TOCAs were revised pursuant to the TOCA Adjustment, GRSP II.T. Slice Percentages were revised to align with rounding language in Exhibit K of the Slice/Block CHWM Contract.
Updated 7/26/2011 and are consistent with BP-12 Final. A Customer's TOCA and Non-Slice TOCA may be revised pursuant to the TOCA Adjustment, GRSP II.T. If a Customer's TOCA is revised, this table will be updated to reflect that change.

Forecast Rate Impacts
Forecast rate impact by customer. Results are consistent with the Forecast TRM Billing Determinants Model for BP-12 and REP-12 (TRMbd_BP2012). These results do not include impacts caused by Presubscription, WP-10 Stepped Rate Option, EPP, or Lookback. Therefore, these results will vary from individual customer rate impacts provided to customers through their Account Executive from BPA’s official Rate Impact Model.
