Personnel Letters Index and Search

Specific human resources instructions are published in Personnel Letters (PLs) to supplement the material contained in Title 5  U.S. Code, Title 5 Code of Federal Regulations, Office of Personnel Management guidance, applicable Department of Energy directives (BPA is exempt from most), and the BPA Manual.  The purpose of PLs is to help human resource specialists, managers, supervisors, and administrative personnel support and carry out BPA human resource program requirements. 

As Personnel Letters are updated and/or made available electronically, they will be published on this site.  For all PLs not found on this site, please refer to the hard copy.
