The Energy Efficiency Utility Summit is an annual event that BPA holds for northwest utilities and business affiliates to share their experiences, knowledge and to learn from each other. The Summit is a platform for everyone to come together to learn of new energy efficiency initiatives, new developments and have interactive discussions. 2012 Energy Efficiency Utility Summit

On May 8th and 9th Energy Efficiency Professionals from the Northwest gathered in Portland Oregon for the Annual Energy Efficiency Utility Summit. This event brought together regional experts in a variety of energy efficiency topics. Bringing these individuals together creates an opportunity to benefit from the expertise of specialists, collaborate with peers, and work together to meet the challenges presented by creating a more energy efficient northwest.

Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency

Flathead Electric and Snohomish PUD win the 2012 Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency

BPA received a number of exceptional nominations for the 2012 Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency. Each of the nominees truly demonstrated their excellence, and each highlighted the amazing efficiency work going on in the region. Choosing a winner was extremely difficult, but in the end two of the nominees distinguished themselves from the rest. BPA is proud to announce that Snohomish PUD and Flathead Electric are co-recipients of the 2012 Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency.
