October 2012 Implementation Manual The October 2012 Implementation Manual will provide new opportunities to help support utilities achieving cost effective energy savings. With the most recent version of the Lighting Calculator, version 2.3, BPA has added several new measures for LED products. Greater user flexibility has been added around control features and the overall file size has been reduced. BPA's Lighting Team anticipates the release of the next calculator in Spring 2013. Lighting Calculator 2.3 The newest version of the Lighting Calculator, version 2.3, is available on this page. This version includes the latest updates to reimbursement levels from the Implementation Manual. Also, this version should reduce the amount of non-standard measure requests and includes improved functionality.
