The 2002 Wholesale Power Rate Schedules (base rates) for the FY 2002-2006 rate period were originally established in May 2000 during the WP-02 Rate Case. The 2002 General Rate Schedule Provisions (GRSPs) were revised in June 2003 to reflect the Administrator's Final Record of Decision (ROD) for the SN-03 Rate Case. In May 2004, BPA issued a revised document that includes the 2002 Wholesale Power Rate Schedules, Revised GRSPs, and all errata filed to date. On October 1, 2005, BPA issued three updated "replacement pages" to reflect a FERC-approved change in the GTA Delivery Charge (see below).
