On February 8, 2006, BPA filed a motion requesting a revised schedule for the WP-07 rate case to allow BPA to submit supplemental testimony that would modify BPA's initial proposal.  This modification is necessary in light of recent FERC cases regarding generation input cost for generation supplied reactive power and voltage control.  On February 13, BPA issued its Supplemental Proposal on Reactive Power (supplemental testimony, study, and witness qualification).  On February 16, a scheduling conference was held on the supplemental proposal.  On February 22, the Hearing Officer issued an Order Adopting Revised Schedule.

The revised schedule included an opportunity for public comments on BPA's Supplemental Proposal on Reactive Power (see links to documents below).  The deadline for public comments was March 6, 2006.  All public comments received on the Supplemental Proposal are available on in the Public Involvement area of BPA's web site.
