September 10, 2003 - Workshop Scheduled on September 18th to Discuss Possible IOU Public Litigation Settlement: BPA will hold a workshop for customers and interested parties to explain how BPA would implement the SN CRAC in the event of a settlement of the IOU Public Litigation. The workshop will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2003, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Rates Hearing Room at 911 NE 11th Avenue, Portland, Oregon.
