Rate Analysis Model (RAM)

Summary: The RAM consists of five linked spreadsheet models (RAM_Prog_c.xls, RAM_7b2_c.xls, ResexRAM02_c.xls, EAF01_05_c.xls, and input_c.xls) that perform the calculations necessary to develop BPA's wholesale power rates.
