BPA is continuing its EIM implementation workshops on Feb. 2, 2021. Based on feedback received at the Oct. 28 Kickoff and subsequent comment period, BPA is moving forward with its next set of topics. The Feb. 2 workshop will start with a prototype of a settlements bill and the detailed data that would be shared with customers to back up that bill. The workshop will also cover what to expect on customer training both for the EIM as well as what will be provided for settlements. BPA will also discuss how it plans to track and share what would change for customers if BPA joins the EIM. The presentation will close with the final list of topics to be covered in the implementation workshop series and a rough timeline of when BPA plans to address those topics.
BPA does not expect this EIM Implementation Workshop to focus on issues that are pending before the Administrator in the BP-22 or TC-22 proceedings. Nevertheless, it is possible that issues in those proceedings may be discussed. Therefore, in an abundance of caution, pursuant to section 1010.5 of Bonneville’s Rules of Procedure governing rate and tariff proceedings, BPA is providing prior notice of the meeting and noting that matters relevant to issues pending in the BP-22 or TC-22 proceedings may be discussed during this meeting.
