Before the event we have Friday Night Set Up!  It only takes a few hours, snacks and beverages included!  4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Arrival to University of Portland for morning shifts on event day is 6 a.m. -6:30 a.m. for check in and t-shirt pick up.
