PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is adopting revised specifications for existing residential (retro-fit) weatherization for electrically heated single family homes, manufactured homes, and multi-family buildings that are three floors or fewer above grade. These specifications revise all previous weatherization specifications established by the Northwest Power and Conservation Council's Regional Technical Forum.
