Bonneville initiated an expedited section 7(i) rate proceeding in June 2020 to propose the suspension of the Financial Reserves Policy (FRP) Surcharge for the remainder of the FY 2020-2021 rate period. Administrator Elliot Mainzer’s letter to customers announced BPA’s intent to conduct this expedited proceeding.
BP-20E Final Record of Decision
On June 29, 2020, BPA released the Administrator's Final Record of Decision, June 2020, BP-20E-A-01, in the BP-20E Expedited Rate Proceeding. With the release of this Record of Decision, the BP-20E rate case, and the prohibition of ex parte communications, has officially concluded.
