Before submitting a FOIA request for documents not associated with a Privacy Act request, it is strongly recommended that you search past FOIA requests, BPA's website, or BPA's Library. In many cases these documents are readily available and will not need a FOIA request to see the documents.

The following FOIA requests are grouped by the Federal Fiscal Year (FY) which runs from October 1 to September 30. For example if you are looking for a document dated November 23, 2015, you will look in FY2016 (October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013).
