Line and Load Interconnection Procedures (LLIP)

The interconnection of Lines and of Loads to the Federal Columbia River Transmission System (FCRTS) is governed by BPA's Open Access Transmission Tariff.

A request for a new interconnection should be submitted on the appropriate form, which is posted here. See the Technical Requirements for interconnecting to the FCRTS.

The Direct Assignment Facilities Guidelines provide guidance on assignment of cost.

For further information, please contact the appropriate Transmission Account Executive, or the Line and Load Interconnection Procedures Administrator.
