BUCKLEY500 and PONDEROSA500 OASIS Points

In anticipation of Idaho Power and PacifiCorp’s construction of the Boardman to Hemingway line, and related commercial agreements, outlined in the March 23, 2023, Closeout Letter with Final Decision, effective immediately BPA will not accept Transmission Service Requests (TSRs) requesting service at the BUCKLEY500/BUCKLEY or PONDEROSA500/PONDEROSA500 points for service beyond July 1, 2026. BPA will provide additional instructions to customers with pending TSRs referencing these points. Please contact your Customer Account Executive if you have any questions.
