Preemption and ROFR for Hourly Service

This is a reminder that BPA will continue the phased implementation of Short-term Preemption and ROFR for Hourly service consistent with the TC-24 tariff and v6 of the Preemption of Short-Term Transmission Service. This implementation will enable Hourly Firm PTP vs. Hourly Firm PTP on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.   

The remainder of the phased implementation is scheduled to be:
