Validation for missing Source/Sink on Long-term Firm requests

BPA policy requires a Source/Sink for all Long-term Firm requests, including Resales.    See the PTP User Guide on the Customer Training webpage.  BPA has enabled a validation to enforce this existing requirement.

Long-term Firm Original and Redirect requests that are missing the Source or Sink will be set to INVALID.  Long-term Firm Resales missing the Source or Sink will be automatically set to ANNULLED upon customer confirmation of the Resale.
