BPAT Systems Baseline Update

Today, February 14, 2024, BPA Transmission Services will be releasing the Spring 2024 Short Term Base Case.  All changes to the Short-Term Available Flowgate Capability (AFC) will be effective as of March 1, 2024 at 00:00 PPT.
