BPAT Systems Baseline Update

Today, May 15, 2024, BPA Transmission Services will be releasing the Summer 2024 Short Term Base Case.  All changes to the Short-Term Available Flowgate Capability (AFC) will be effective as of June 1, 2024 at 00:00 PPT.
