Review of Public Involvement Policy

BPA is committed to fostering meaningful public engagement and ensuring our public involvement processes are effective, transparent and responsive. As part of this commitment, we are undertaking a comprehensive review and update of our existing Public Involvement Policy that was established in 1986.

Post 2028 Residential Exchange Program

BPA is conducting a series of public workshops to develop the Post-2028 Residential Exchange Program Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement and Average System Cost Methodology.

TC-27 Pre-Proceeding Workshop

BPA will hold a series of workshops in October 2025 through March 2026 to continue the Grid Access Transformation discussions on proposed changes to BPA processes for evaluation and expansion of the Federal Columbia River Transmission System.
