On July 28, 2021, BPA issued the Administrator's Final Record of Decision in the TC-22 Terms and Conditions Tariff Proceeding adopting the modified terms and conditions of its Open Access Transmission Tariff (Tariff), which became effective on Oct. 1, 2021.
