BPA will conduct a consolidated power and transmission rate proceeding, BP-26, to set power, transmission, and ancillary and control area service rates for the FY 2026-2028 rate period (Oct 2025 – Sep 2028). The BP-26 Rate Case will run concurrently with the TC-26 Tariff Proceeding which will set or modify the terms and conditions of BPA’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (tariff).
The BP-26 Rate Case will commence in fall 2024.
In spring/summer of 2024, BPA will engage customers through a series of pre-proceeding workshops to discuss rate and tariff issues. Information on the BP-26 and TC-26 pre-proceeding workshops, including workshop materials, will be posted this spring (2024).
