BPA Transmission Services is preparing for the release of the Winter 2025 Short-Term Base Case for its flow-based ATC paths on October 15, 2025. All changes to Short Term Available Transfer Capability (ATC) will be effective as of November 1, 2025 at 00:00 PPT.
